How do I book an appointment?
You can book through our online booking system, or by messaging us on WhatsApp or instagram. However we do recommend to book directly online.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice can be rescheduled and your booking fee transferred. Cancellations made within 24 hours, failure to attend or arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur 100% charge of the appointment booked treatment value. We understand that genuine emergencies can happen however last minute cancellations and missed appointments leave little opportunity to offer the appointment to another client. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time.
Where is the clinic located?
Define & Contour Aesthetics is based in the old town area of Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Full address and details will be provided once your appointment has been booked.
Whats your refund policy?
All treatments and booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. By booking, you acknowledge and acept this policy in full
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. Consultations are available for clients who would like treatment advice or a personalised treatment plan. Consultation fees are redeemable against treatment if you decide to go ahead with treatment on the day
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available nearby. Full location and arrival information will be provided once your appointment has been booked.
